About Us

Cook Like Japanese Cooking School Osaka offers Japanese cuisine in English to people from all over the world. Our school is conveniently located in the center of Osaka, near many hotels. You can enjoy a class as part of your sightseeing plans. We have a wide and fully equipped kitchen that was originally set up to teach French cuisine and French pastry to Japanese people. You can also attend French cooking and pastry classes in Japanese.

Our Teachers

Yuki TSUKAMOTO, representative

Yuki has been a culinary instructor of French cuisine and pastry for more than 18 years. She is a cookbook author and has written magazine articles for professional bakers. She has also translated a cookbook.

Kaori DAIBO

Kaori is a food stylist based in Osaka. She has completed a macrobiotic cooking instructor course. She is mother of two boys.

 

Hitoe FUJII

Hitoe has graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Japan. She also has a diploma from Le centre de formation d’Alain Ducasse + Tsuji Japan. She has prepared dishes to be enjoyed with wine at lectures held by a sommelier.
